About the Speaker: Henry L. (Dick) Thompson, Ph.D., is president and CEO of High Performing Systems Inc., an international management consulting firm he founded in 1984 to help leaders, teams and organizations achieve high performance. He holds a B.A., M.A., M.S., and Ph.D., and served as a professor and department chair at the University of Georgia.
